How do I cancel, switch to yearly, or manage billing?
Open the ShortieCuts extension popup, click Settings, then click Manage next to Billing. That opens the billing portal, where you can cancel, switch plans or update your card. For billing problems, email info@shortiecuts.com.
How does the free trial work?
The 14-day free trial starts when you click "Begin 14-day Free Trial" in the extension. No credit card is needed. Pro features stop when the trial ends unless you subscribe ($7.99/month or $69.99/year).
Privacy
Your data is your data. Shortcuts run in your browser, and ShortieCuts never reads or stores the content of your Google Sheets, Slides or Docs. We keep only your account email (for your subscription) and counts of which ShortieCuts shortcuts you use.
Supported Browsers
Today, the app only works on Google Chrome. We plan to add Safari soon.
